Refund policy
To request a return, please email orders@sassywoodend.com.au with your order number or receipt, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return.
We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days to confirm whether the return has been approved and provide next steps.
If your return is approved, you may return the item either in store or by post. For postal returns, we recommend using a tracked service and emailing us the tracking number once lodged.
For change of mind returns, return postage is the responsibility of the customer. For approved faulty or incorrect items, we will provide a return shipping label.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process the exchange, store credit or refund as applicable and notify you by email.
Change of mind returns
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. We may offer a store credit at our discretion. Store credits are valid for three months from issue.
Sale and discounted items are excluded from change of mind returns.
Return shipping costs for change of mind, including incorrect sizing selected by the customer, are the responsibility of the purchaser. If an exchange is approved, any additional shipping costs will also be borne by the purchaser.

Please email your Australia Post tracking number to orders@sassywoodend.com.au once lodged.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Please include clear images of the issue so we can assess and resolve it as quickly as possible.
If a return is approved due to a fault or error on our part, we will provide a return shipping label. Please reuse the original sustainable postage bag where possible unless it is damaged.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
